For bug reports and feature enhancement requests, you should open a new Ticket. If you have some other kind of question, and you can't find an answer in the [RbotFAQ FAQ], nor on the IRC channel  #rbot on Freenode, feel free to use this page. Check if the question has not been asked (and possibly answered) alreay, then put your question betwen == marks, below the separator line. Put new questions before the old ones.
